came to us after learning about the site
and logo that we designed for HydroHound.
HydroHorse had a very old website with a
navigation structure that was confusing
and hard to use. Their site had very good
content including many articles about their
products but did not have the appeal to
make visitors want to look around.
The first thing we did was clean up the
HydroHorse logo. Twenty years of being copied
and resaved had taken its toll. A quick
freshening of the logo while preserving
the original look helped tremendously. HydroHorse
makes underwater treadmill systems for the
equine industry. To reflect their products
we chose a calm blue and and neutral browns
to help give the site a professional feel.
The navigation system is simple, yet offers
enough motion to keep the site from being
'flat'; a common problem with many websites.
We also embedded many pictures into the
site to give it a much richer feel and break
up the large amounts of text.
The new website design matches the highly
professional nature of the company that
it represents. We continue to work with
HydroHorse in advertising and other areas
to help them serve the equine industry. |
